Open Access to the Leadership Judgement Assessor

The LJA is not a psychometric test.  As its purpose is to gather and evaluate critical leadership incidents, it is available to all HR and L&D professionals, irrespective of qualification.

The Leadership Judgement Assessor (LJA) requires the test taker to use evidence from their own recent leadership experience. It provides clear snapshots of their approach to leadership decision making.

Examples of current use of the LJA include:

(a) selection of the senior leadership team of a large chemicals manufacturing site where it was used alongside G-LJI;

(b) developmental assessments of doctors nearing the end of their training to assist in honing their team leadership skills.
